Mrs Jenny Barnett Founder   Jenny Barnett is a highly respected trainer, coach and facilitator. She is an NLP Practitioner and Master Coach.   Jenny has over 15 years experience as a senior manager within the Public Sector.  Most recently Jenny worked for a Civil Service Department, managing operations across a large geographical area of London, with responsibility for up to 1000 staff and a budget of over £20 million.   Prior to this Jenny worked as a Senior Manager in education managing multi sited FE and HE establishments.  She has also worked alongside the Chief Executive of a large London Borough to deliver performance improvements across the Organisation.   As an independent consultant, Jenny has worked with the NHS, local authorities, the civil service and large national retailers.  Jenny specialises in working with organisations over a period of time to design a tailored package which includes strategies to embed organisational change, to help them achieve and sustain desired outcomes.   You can contact Jenny at jenny.barnett@freedomfutures.com

Patricia Smith Business Partner   Patricia Smith specialises in development programmes, coaching individuals and working with organisations to diagnose and resolve issues and problems. She is particularly centered on helping people and organisations to better understand the difference between managing and leading and the enablers that can be found to help them perform and behave in a more beneficial way. She is passionate about unlocking potential and developing personal strengths. In particular individuals who want to better understand their patterns of thinking and behaviour to enable them to continue their life with choices that they have formulated.   She brings 15 years of management experience and a reputation as an excellent Operations and Business Change Manager delivered across diverse areas of workload and workforce. Her reputation was enhanced by her ability to nurture a coaching environment of empowerment and team development to deliver results.
